Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are hitting the GRAMMY Awards stage together!

Blake took to Instagram to announce that he’ll be performing at this year’s GRAMMY’s with his long-time girlfriend (and hopefully fiance soon) Gwen Stefani.
